Expanding into Porsche

Adding classic Porsche to the line up of Volkswagens that we look after at Indian Automotive is an extension of 'The Chief', Mikki Piirlaid's love for these iconic cars.

To some it may seem that Volkswagen is a far cry from Porsche but to Mikki they each have an endearing and unique character. Whilst Mikki was surrounded by Volkswagen when growing up he also developed a love for Porsche borne from his father's white Porsche 911. It is this particular car that he even tracked down after it had been sold away from the family. Today, after importing the car to Australia from New Zealand it is back in the family's collection.

In the home workshop the Volkswagens and Porsche are all looked after and take their places side by side. While the newer, practical work vehicles are pushed to the outdoors.

With both Volkswagens and Porsche road registered and kept in top working order Mikki could be driving either depending upon his choice for the day. Both makes are part of Mikki's passion for classic cars and satisfy a dream that he has worked hard to be able to enjoy.
